A small frontier studio in Greenwood, South Carolina & Montevideo, Uruguay.

Shipped, in progress, and forthcoming. The work of the studio divides in two. The products are made for other people to use; the internal tools were built to build them. Both are designed and developed through Fig.OS — the studio’s own orchestration layer — and both operate at the intersection of user-experience design and artificial intelligence. Some are shipping; some are in active development; others remain a committed idea.
Products of the Studio Flare iOS · Shipped · 2026 A privacy-first application for the tracking of chronic symptoms and flare-ups. All user data is retained on the device. The application employs on-device pattern recognition to surface correlations between triggers and episodes, without transmitting health data to any server. It does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for the services of a qualified physician. Caliper macOS · Forthcoming · 2026 A calculator that occupies the menu bar and understands units. The application accepts an expression as one would say it — five inches in millimeters, one and a quarter times five, fifteen percent of eighty — and answers as it is typed, offering the same quantity in neighboring units beneath. It observes the distinction between a length and a mass, and declines to add the one to the other. For the workshop, results may be rendered as mixed fractions after the manner of a tape measure, snapped to the nearest sixteenth, with any approximation marked as such. A tape of recent calculations is kept at hand. The application holds no network entitlement and is therefore incapable of transmitting anything; nothing whatever leaves the machine. ¿Me baño? Web & iOS · In Development · working title · 2026 A single-question application for the beaches of Montevideo: can I swim today? The Intendencia certifies bathing water using representative days — those with no rainfall and no sewage discharge in the preceding twenty-four hours. It is a published and defensible criterion, and it is also why the public figure reassures: on representative days the water exceeds the legal limit 6.3% of the time; on the days excluded from that calculation, 23.1%. The same beaches, the same laboratory, 7,912 samples. Those excluded readings have been sitting in the open data portal, and no one has yet put them in front of a swimmer. The application asserts nothing about cleanliness; it reports compliance with a threshold fixed in law, and it says plainly when it does not know. There is no server — a scheduled script writes a single JSON file to a content delivery network, and nothing runs between the ticks. Bureau of Minor Bravery iOS · In Development · expected late 2026 A daily-mission application for individuals managing social anxiety. Each day, the user is issued a small, achievable mission of practical courage — calibrated by an AI model to the user’s declared comfort level — and is invited to file a brief debrief upon its completion. The bureau keeps a dossier of accumulated bravery, quietly proving that the user is braver than they believe. Internal Tools of the Studio Fig.OS Platform · Internal · 2025–present The operational heart of the studio. Fig.OS is a custom-built dashboard and orchestration layer that drives every stage of the product lifecycle. It researches gaps in the market and proposes solutions to be built. Once a proposal survives human review, it generates a build plan to MVP, then manages development end-to-end — dispatching and coordinating sub-agents, integrating with Fig Shipyard for task management, and maintaining applications through direct connections to App Store Connect and Google Play Console. It researches competitors, conducts ASO analysis, and manages Apple Search Ads campaigns for shipping products. Every product on this page was built through Fig.OS. The system does not replace the practitioner; it removes the friction between intention and execution. Shipyard macOS · Internal Beta · 2026 An internal task-tracking console for the management of the studio’s own product development. A native macOS application with a local SwiftData store and an embedded Model Context Protocol server, which exposes the task store to a language-model agent. No task is transitioned without the express approval of a human operator. The agent proposes; the practitioner disposes. Faro Local web · Internal · 2026 A grant-intelligence instrument for health research, built for the studio’s own work in Uruguay. Faro is the lighthouse. Given a brief, it surveys the field of funding entities rather than individual calls — philanthropies, governments, bilateral and multilateral bodies — searched in English and in Spanish alike, and records for each the eligibility route open to a high-income country, the customary size of the envelope, and the phases of work it will support. The practitioner reviews the long list before any deeper enquiry is undertaken; the entities that survive are then investigated one at a time against the funder’s own published pages, and the findings ranked into a plan of concrete next steps. Thereafter the instrument keeps watch, checking for new calls within the window it predicts and reporting when one appears. The work proceeds in gated stages, and no stage advances without the practitioner’s assent. All state is held in a database on the machine; nothing is hosted. This page will be updated as new projects enter the studio's pipeline. Within each group, items are listed in order of maturity, not priority. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
